- Any habits you track or routines you follow are done strictly at your own risk. We disclaim any liability for injury, damages, or health complications resulting from the use of our service.
4. Payments and Subscriptions
While Habits Social may offer free services, we reserve the right to introduce premium features or subscriptions in the future.
- All purchases are final and non-refundable.
- We reserve the right to change our prices and billing methods at any time.
5. User-Generated Content & Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of any content (e.g., habit descriptions, bucket titles, chat messages) you submit to the application.
- By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the Habits Social platform.
- You may not use our service to share copyrighted material that you do not own or have explicit permission to use.
6. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. In no event shall Habits Social be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use.
