Welcome to Habits Social. By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access the service.
1. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Habits Social. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract.
2. Acceptable Use & Zero Tolerance Policy
Habits Social provides social features, including habit sharing and real-time chat. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for abusive behavior.
- You agree not to post, share, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or hateful.
- Enforcement: We reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate your account, without prior notice or warning, at our sole discretion, for any violation of these rules.
3. Health & Medical Disclaimer
Habits Social is for organizational and informational purposes only.
- The application is not a substitute for professional medical, dietary, fitness, or mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- Any habits you track or routines you follow are done strictly at your own risk. We disclaim any liability for injury, damages, or health complications resulting from the use of our service.
4. Payments and Subscriptions
Habits Social is currently free to use and does not contain purchases, paid subscriptions, or advertising.
If paid functionality is introduced in the future, these Terms and the applicable store disclosures will be updated before that functionality is offered.
5. User-Generated Content & Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of any content (e.g., habit descriptions, bucket titles, chat messages) you submit to the application.
- By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the Habits Social platform.
- You may not use our service to share copyrighted material that you do not own or have explicit permission to use.
6. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. In no event shall Habits Social be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use.
